When the universe was created, there were nothing but Helium and Hydrogen.
It is said the universe consisted of 95% of hydrogen, 4% of Helium and 1% of heavy proton when it was born.
Now, Hydrogen is reduced to 90% and other elements such as Silica and Iron have been increased. This is the result of frequent nuclear fusion in the universe to leave heavy elements after the reactions.
