Project Management Seminar

Project Management Seminar

Japan’s engineering industry has earned a strong global reputation for its advanced technical capabilities, cultivated through extensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and operation of energy, chemical, and other plant projects both domestically and internationally.
To maintain and further enhance this reputation, ENAA is committed to developing the next generation of engineering leaders. We offer a range of project management training courses (“PM Seminar”) tailored to the experience levels of engineers, aiming to build both foundational knowledge and practical skills essential for managing complex projects.
“PM seminars” are developed by ENAA’s Academia-Industry Human Resources Development Department in close collaboration with private companies that bring real-world expertise and universities that provide theoretical foundations in management.

Training Seminar for Overseas Staff

Building on success of ENAA’s “PM seminars” conducted in Japan, ENAA is actively expanding similar services internationally. ENAA held annual On-site seminars in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta – cities where many Japanese engineering firms have established a presence – as part of its training programs for young and mid-level executives.
These seminars are now integrated into the SP-A2E program and delivered in an online format. However, ENAA remains flexible and can accommodate On-site sessions upon request. We are committed to continuously responding to evolving needs and inquiries.
