The Engineering Advancement Association of Japan (ENAA), based in Tokyo, Japan will offer a free-of-charge online Project Management Training Course (hereinafter, referred to as "PM seminar") for demonstration which is a two-day seminar via Zoom from Tokyo on December 22nd and 23rd, 2021 exclusively for ENAA member companies in Thailand.
ENAA had hosted the PM seminars in Southeast Asia, especially in Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia every year since 2010 with a total of more than 100 participants joining the seminars each year, which were suspended in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic. (Please see the attached past seminars’ reports at https://www.enaa.or.jp/resource/global/seminar.)
ENAA will restart the PM seminar by online in 2021 for demonstration exclusively in Thailand, which will provide comprehensive knowledge and skills of overall project management fundamentals and a major management method adapted in Japan for engineers working in engineering and construction fields at ENAA member companies in Thailand as follows:

Course Objectives
-Learn the overall Engineering Project Management fundamentals and a major management method adapted in Japan
-Enhance practical knowledge and skills throughout all stages of project management
-Learn how to build the common understanding with Japanese and other engineers in engineering and construction project management

- Engineers working for ENAA member companies in Thailand, including plant engineering, civil construction, heavy industry, energy, electronic/electrical, IT, chemical, automotive, Transport/logistics
- Engineers wishing to learn about Project Management by methodical ways
- Engineers in pursuit of a project management position/career for construction projects

Instructor
Mr. Yonezawa Tetsuya was the key person of Project Management Division, Toyo Engineering Corporation, one of the largest Plant Engineering/ Procurement/ Construction (EPC) contractor in Japan where he had been involved in design engineering and project management for various kinds of overseas petrochemical plant construction projects. He is a Director of Project Management Association of Japan (PMAJ) since 2005 and is also President of AACE Japan Section since 2014 as well as an Advisor of PMIJ (PMI Japan Chapter) since 2021. Mr. Yonezawa is serving as a lecturer of ENAA Project Manegement seminars in Japan and in Asia since 2008.
How to get started on the online PM Seminar
- ENAA online PM Seminar is a live online seminar accessed by Zoom Meeting.
- Participants, regardless of where you are, can join a live online seminar on any devices, PCs or Tablets from anywhere where there is an internet connection.
- A Zoom Meeting link (URL or ID/ password) will be sent by email before the seminar to enable you to join an online PM Seminar.
- How to join a live online seminar;
1) Participants should take responsibilities at your own costs in preparing for a hardware and a software to join a live online seminar, such as a computer/ mobile device, an internet connection, a microphone and a webcam.
2) During the seminar, participants should follow the instructions from lecturers and the seminar secretariat on the screen settings and screen operations (e.g. name display, audio, video, chat facility).
3) The online PM seminar participants’ manual will be sent to you in advance before the seminar. - General Instructions;
1) The use of multiple devices simultaneously is not allowed at the seminar.
2) Registered participants only are allowed to join the seminar.
3) Storing electronic data captured by audio and video recordings at the seminar is strictly prohibited for copyright reasons.
4) Seminar materials and handouts distributed at the seminar are exclusively for a participant’s use only.
5) Using seminar materials as they are for other purposes is restricted.
